The Board of Directors Welcomes JENNA RODGERS as Artistic Director
June 21, 2024 (Edmonton, AB) – Concrete Theatre’s Board of Directors is very excited to announce new artistic leadership for the company. After a thoughtful search, they are confident the company’s mandate and values will flourish under the care of Jenna Rodgers. A strong supporter of new play development, and working with an arts-activist lens, Jenna is well poised to guide Concrete into its exciting next chapter.
We are beyond thrilled to welcome Jenna Rodgers into the role of Artistic Director for Concrete Theatre. Jenna’s long standing commitment to working with youth as well Theatre for Young Audiences was instrumental in our choice. We are also excited about the breadth of knowledge Jenna has about sharing underrepresented voices and the ability to build and maintain relationships with the beautiful Edmonton theatre community. We look forward to seeing where Jenna is ready to go!”
