Equity, diversity and inclusion have always been the cornerstones of our work, and are an integral part of our mandate and mission. We’re proud to maintain a work environment where people feel comfortable sharing their full selves and their unique lived experiences and perspectives.
We want to acknowledge that this historical data and grouping of folks within these charts is based on the open discussions we have fostered with our artists throughout our relationships with them and not a formalized self identification process. We acknowledge that understanding of identity can evolve over time, and that they may have chosen to share only select information about their background to us.
